WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

We are looking for individuals with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You should be a great writer, speaker, and listener. Fearless - willing to hop on the phone with new people every single day and explain the company’s value proposition as it relates to each customer you speak with. The courage to challenge the status quo when logic and reason require it. See something broken? Fix it. A deep understanding of email communication. You keep the inbox at zero. Progressive sales responsibility and the ability to meet aggressive sales goals within a SaaS organization is a must. Enterprise sales experience is ideal but not a must.

 

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

 

As a member of the Sales Organization you will report directly to our VP of Sales and sit on a team composed of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), other Account Executives (AEs), and marketing specialist. You will work closely with our Customer Success Manager, Engineering Team, and Operations teams in order to ensure that we are appropriately selling to the needs of our customers.  

 

WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

 

Hunting new business…Source new sales opportunities through highly targeted and strategic outbound calls and emails. While you will collaborate on a team of Sales Development and Business Development Representatives to help you with lead generation this role also calls for someone who is not afraid of the hunt and is willing to target net new clients. Generate and maintain a consistent and sustainable pipeline of opportunities and negotiate those deals through the sales cycle to close.

 

Closing new business…Develop and manage your own book of business and be compensated for your success in driving the organization's growth. You will be measured on your ability to achieve individual revenue goals/quotas on a consistent monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

 

Product Expertise…Become a NICKLpass product expert and assist buyers through the purchasing process by qualifying, negotiating, and closing sales opportunities.

 

Strategy Development…Leveraging Account-based Sales, determine the most effective methods to open new prospects leveraging previous successes and earned relationships.

 

Build Relationships…Meet with customers in-person (and now remotely) to build strong relationships while partnering with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive the business forward, as well as build strong internal relationships for long-term customer success. 

 

Diligence…Update Salesforce to document all activities on opportunities and follow-ups.
